Sweat is aggressive and can destroy the leather. That´s why you should clean your Equine Concept product with a damp cloth after each use.
Thorough Cleaning
A thorough cleaning should be made each 4-8 weeks, when using your Bridle every day. It is necessary, for holding the leather clean, smooth and free of cracks
- disassemble your Bridle
- Clean the dirt with a appropriate Saddlesoap
- remove the Saddlesoap from the leather
- wipe with a damp cloth
- dry the leather
- Use dubbin very spare and evenly
- polish
- wait until the leather is completely dry and assemble the Bridle after.
Storage
Ihre Equine Concept Artikel müssen trocken und dürfen nicht unter dem Gefrierpunkt gelagert werden, um Schimmel und ein austrocknen des Leders zu vermeiden.
Already cracks in the leather?
Dann ist das Leder bereits seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr mit Nährstoffen versorgt. Hier hilft Sattelfett nicht mehr weiter. Um dem Leder wieder Nährstoffe zuzufügen und es geschmeidig zu machen, empfehle ich die Nutzung von 100% reinem Neatsfoot Oil.
